Merlin Labs was a technology team within HomeServices of America.
Merlin’s overarching product goal was to create a consumer-led real estate platform that empowers more Americans to experience homeownership and connect them to the right experts (agents, mortgage loan officers) to guide them through the process
This digital platform was a sustainable, scalable solution for the 40+ brokerages within the BHHS organization. It encompassed a platform to theme and scale Brokerage Sites, a CMS, and a CRM.
Product Manager for Merlin Labs, a stealth technology division within HomeServices of America (a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate)
Primary driver to gain alignment on business priorities throughout organization
Creative problem solving and daily prioritization to develop solutions effectively and efficiently
Define, design Acceptance Criteria for all design, development teams at Merlin Labs
Story mapping, user stories, wireframes, flow maps, roadmap planning, data analysis
Responsibilities include stakeholder management between:
BHHS brokerages (consisting of CEOs, Marketing Leads, and key stakeholders)
HSoA executives
Merlin Labs Directors, Managers, and Teams
Introduced, evangelized Agile adoption suited for Merlin Labs and our ongoing initiatives
Designed, pitched and rolled out “Innovation Fridays”, dedicated time for every team member of Merlin Labs to work on passion projects that inevitably promote and extend our core mission
